Join Chef David Ross and the talented culinary staff at Lake Lawn Resort for the ultimate Wisconsin Heritage Dinner. With elegant twists on classic Wisconsin recipes and imaginative use of traditional ingredients, this dinner is sure to be one of the most exciting culinary events of the season. Tickets to this dinner are limited 100 guests. $125 per person. Tickets are available here. Wines from Northleaf Winery will be paired with several courses. A cash bar is also available.

Chef David Ross is a Wisconsin native with 26 years of Executive Chef experience at the helm of numerous prestigious Geneva Lakes area resorts and clubs including Lake Lawn Resort, Geneva National, The Abbey Resort and Spa, and The Americana Lake Geneva Resort and Spa (now the Grand Geneva).
He was a Charter member of the Geneva Lakes Chapter of the ACF, Lake Geneva Wisconsin. He has served as Chapter President, Charter Vice-President, Certification Chairman Twice and been named Geneva Lakes Chapter ACF “Chef of the Year” in 1997 and 2008.
He is actively involved in the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, serving on the Board of Directors since 2008, the Education Foundation and being named “Mentor of the Year”.
Chef Ross is an expert at adopting the culinary style of Midwestern Heartland Cuisine while incorporating techniques and skills adapted from various experiences across the country from Washington DC to southern California.
As an avid Beekeeper producing honey and growing fresh culinary herbs utilized in his cuisine, Chef Ross looks forward to preparing this dinner for you!
